Product Specifications:

These bars offer reliability and functionality.

• Size of Drip Bar: 23mm high x 18mm wide, projection. Lengths 500mm to 1190mm.
• Fixing Screw Positions: 2–5 screws, depending on the bar length chosen.
• Finish: UV-stable uPVC, colour achieved with Renolit foil.
• Core Material: Virgin lead-free uPVC.
• Additional Components: End caps and nipple screws included.

Installation Guidance:

Draw a straight line on the outside face for the drip bar. Mark 2–5 screw positions along the line.

Drill a 3mm hole through the door’s first skin, or use a battery screwdriver with a cross-head tip.

Drive the self-drilling screws in carefully. Slide the bar over the nipple head screws and set it centrally.

The bar should finish 5–10mm from each door frame end when the door is closed.

The bottom should be about 5mm above the threshold. This allows for expansion or movement over seasons.

Hold end caps in place with silicone or superglue. The bar can be cut to length with a junior hacksaw.
